Sherril Watkins and Ed Blanchard are the owners of The Residential Group.
- Sherril has lived most of her adult life here in Fayetteville and Ed Blanchard was born and raised here.
- Sherril is a self-proclaimed military “brat”, as her father was in the military, so she’s definitely lived the military life.
- Sherril is the Broker-in-Charge and Co-Owner of The Residential Group. She has had her real estate license for over 20 years. She has completed numerous Business, Psychology and Marketing courses at Indiana University in South Bend, Indiana. She maintains her real estate license by taking yearly continuing education courses, as well as the Broker-In-Charge update courses. She is also currently working towards her GRI (Graduate of the REALTOR Institute) designation.
- Ed Blanchard is also Broker/Co-Owner of The Residential Group. He has been licensed for over 10 years. He attended Pembroke State University, and East Carolina University, majoring in Business.
